This is the story of how someone took advantage of his relationship, or familiarity, with the Worcester Police Department and Worcester law system to further abuse and victimize someone he was losing control over.
I met someone after the DOJ Investigation who wanted to anonymously share their story about how the Worcester Police Department’s behavior harmed her, and believe that this story likely represents many other experiences in Worcester.
I went into the recording not knowing what we were going to be discussing, beyond the context of where we met, and it takes me a bit to catch up a few different times.
